Situated in the heart of Covent Garden on the first floor of 24 Endell Street, the Origin Bar and Dining Room offers an enticing selection of dishes in an intimate fine dining setting located just a short walk from theatres, shops, the British Museum, and numerous attractions in central London.
You can relax for a drink in the intimate bar, have a meal in the private room, or dine in the intimate restaurant.
With a dark wood floor, leather studded walls, the design of Origin is an eclectic mix of the modern and traditional. Art plays an important part of the experience bringing together a collection of work by internationally renowned artists including David Hockney. Naturally lit with two large windows, the restaurant holds 86 while the bar is perfect for meeting colleagues or a night out with friends.
Head Chef Adam Byatt is devoted to the use of traceable products, independent farms, day boat fishing and intelligent ingredient sourcing. This approach is reflected in the refreshing simplicity of the individual dishes' presentation. The menu comprises of both classical and more innovative dishes, expect Venison Casserole with Chestnuts and Classic Dressed Cornish Crab. A pre-theatre menu is available from 6:00 until 7:00 pm which consists of two courses at £15.

Getting There:
From Covent Garden tube station:
When departing the station, walk northeast on Long Acre until you reach Endell Street. Turn left onto Endell Street, going northwest for a couple of blocks until you see The Hospital building on the corner.
From Holborn tube station:
Walk southwest on High Holborn until you get to Endell Street. Turn right onto Endell Street, going southeast for a block until you see The Hospital building on the corner.
There are numerous bus routes in the area, the nearest car parking is at the corner of Drury Lane and Parker Street, or you can take a taxi.

Monday to Friday LUNCH – 12 pm – 2.30 pm
Monday to Thursday DINNER – 6 pm – 10.30 pm
Friday and Saturday DINNER – 6 pm – 11 pm
Bar is open from Monday to Friday 12 pm – 12 am
Saturday the bar is open from 6 pm – 12 am
