Universal Studios brings movies to life with shows and rides.  The theme park is also a working studio for movie and television production. Different street sets depict Pennsylvania Station, Hollywood Blvd., Rodeo Drive, Sunset Blvd., Klein's Pharmacy from The Sting, Macy's from Miracle on 34th Street, Mel's Drive-In from American Graffiti and Louie's Italian Restaurant, modeled after the restaurant in The Godfather. 

The show Animal Actors Stage was a Southpoint favorite starring famous actor animals.  Terminator 2: 3-D Battle Across Time, offers a super 3D cyber-adventure.  In Earthquake - The Big One an earth-shattering quake registering 8.3 on the Richter scale hurls fire, flood, and even a truck at visitors.

Back to the Future The Ride is a spine-tingling simulator ride based on the movie trilogy.  One of the cars used in  the movie is on display.

In Kongfrontation visitors come face to face with King Kong.  In Jaws, three tons and 32 feet of great white fury attack tour boats filled with visitors.  The thrill ride is enlivened with pyrotechnics and special effects. In Twister, a simulated tornado literally blows you away.  We got soaked on this one. Watch for the flying cow, it's "utterly" scarey..

In Woody Woodpecker's Kidzone, kids and their families can enjoy a sing-along with Barney show, play in Fievel's Playland or Curious George's interactive playground, ride a bike in the E.T. Adventure ride, ride Woody Woodpecker's Coaster ride and much more.
